The samples are collected by highly trained DHA licensed nurses who can handle any kind of irregularities or complications during the sample collection. We also have a doctor on stand by at all times in edge cases. Having said that at Justlife we have never faced any major complication while collecting the samples.
The time to receive results can vary depending on the type of test you take. Some tests may provide results within a few hours, while others could take a few days to weeks. Always check our test description to get an accurate idea of how much time it will take.
We don’t directly work with any insurance companies but depending on the insurance you have we can provide a reimbursement form which can be sent to the insurance company for claim. Processing of claim is entirely at the discretion of the insurance you hold.
We offer a free 15-min clinician’s consultation for all blood tests over 150 AED. Once your reports are published you will get an online link to schedule the call at your convenience. If you need further assistance you can also try our Doctor Consultations which can be done online/over a call or in person but are chargeable at an extra amount.
