This Privacy Policy explains how Justlife collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use:
the Justlife website,
the Justlife mobile applications,
Justlife AI Assistant App/Connectors, and
related customer-support, messaging and communication services.
Justlife AI Assistant App/Connectors are integrations that allow third-party AI assistants (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and other supported assistants) to interact with Justlife services on your behalf using OAuth authentication and connector technologies such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. The personal data we collect
We collect different categories of personal data depending on how you interact with Justlife.

Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Device Information
We may collect information about how you access and use our website, mobile apps, AI Assistant App/Connectors and services, including:

search and booking activity,

diagnostics and performance data,
cookie identifiers,
push-notification tokens, and

We may collect this information through cookies, SDKs, APIs, log files and similar technologies used for authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, diagnostics, performance monitoring, service improvement and marketing measurement.
Third-party providers, including analytics, attribution, advertising, and payment partners, may also use cookies and similar technologies in connection with our services.
We use Google Analytics and similar analytics providers to understand how users interact with our website and apps, generate usage statistics, improve our services, and measure marketing effectiveness. Information generated through these technologies may be processed by the relevant provider in accordance with their own privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The Justlife AI Assistant App/Connectors themselves do not set cookies and authenticate using OAuth 2.0.

We use your personal data to operate, improve and secure our services.

We do not use customer content submitted through AI Assistant App/Connectors to train public or generalized AI models unless explicitly disclosed otherwise.
4. How AI Assistant App/Connectors work
When you use a Justlife AI Assistant App/Connector (for example through OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, or other supported AI assistants), limited request and response data passes through the AI Assistant Provider infrastructure in order to complete the requested action.

Justlife AI Assistant App/Connectors are designed using data-minimization principles.
Unless required to complete a requested workflow, Justlife AI Assistant App/Connectors do not transmit:
payment-card information,
government-issued identifiers,
access codes,
health information,
exact unit or villa numbers, area
latitude/longitude coordinates, or
other sensitive personal information.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, payment information, access credentials, health information or information relating to children in free-text instructions submitted through AI Assistant App/Connectors.
Authentication for AI Assistant App/Connectors uses OAuth 2.0 with scoped permissions and short-lived access tokens. Your password is never shared with the AI Assistant Provider.
AI Assistant Providers process connector traffic according to their own privacy policies and terms. Please review the applicable provider policies before using the connector.
5. Lawful basis for processing
We only process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so.

We share personal data only where necessary to operate our services.

When you use a Justlife AI Assistant App/Connector, limited request and response data passes through the infrastructure of the relevant AI Assistant Provider in order to complete the requested action.
Justlife does not sell, rent or lease personal information to third parties.
7. International data transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries where Justlife or its service providers operate, including the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United States and European Union member states.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections with our service providers and processors.
By using our services, you acknowledge these international transfers.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
These measures include:

restricted internal access, and
OAuth-based authentication for AI Assistant App/Connectors.
However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and comply with legal obligations.

10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

Marketing controls
You can opt out of marketing communications by:
using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails,
replying STOP to marketing SMS messages,
adjusting notification settings in the Justlife app, or
contacting wecare@justlife.com.
AI Assistant App/Connector controls
You can revoke an AI Assistant’s access to your Justlife account at any time from the AI Assistant’s settings or integrations page.
Once disconnected, the AI Assistant can no longer access your Justlife account or call Justlife tools on your behalf.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, email wecare@justlife.com with the subject line:
“Data deletion request”.
Verified requests will be actioned within 30 days, subject to legal-retention obligations.
11. Age-Limit
Our services are intended for adults over the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 18 except where necessary to provide services requested by a parent or guardian.
If you believe we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child inappropriately, please contact us at wecare@justlife.com.
12. Third-party services
Our services may contain links to third-party websites and services, including payment providers, mapping services, and AI Assistant App/Connector Providers.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before submitting personal information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may notify users through email, in-product notices or connector notifications.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the latest revision date.
